Her passion for serving varies in all areas, however, is targeted specifically to young women navigating life’s challenges. Through mental, emotional, physical challenges as a young woman, sometimes additional guidance and support is needed. Figuring out career and school paths can be stressful, and the importance of meaningful conversations rooted in supporting shifts atmospheres. Storm Sister Project exemplifies why young women’s groups are highly beneficial by providing a supportive environment where members can build confidence, develop leadership skills, and form meaningful friendships. These groups create opportunities for young women to share experiences, learn from one another, and receive encouragement during important stages of personal growth. Not only are individual communication skills strengthened, but as a result, community and personal self-esteem are enhanced. By offering educational resources and opportunities for service, we help mentees reach goals and make positive contributions to their schools, workplaces, and communities.
