✨ General Questions

  • Storm Sister Project is more than a mentorship program—it’s a space where young women are seen, supported, and poured into.

We created this because a lot of us didn’t always have the guidance, safe spaces, or real conversations we needed growing up. Storm Sister exists to change that.

Through mentorship, community, and shared experiences, we help girls build confidence, navigate life, and grow into who they’re becoming—with real support behind them.

  • Storm Sister is designed for:

    • High school girls

    • College-aged young women

    • Young women seeking guidance, support, and community

We also welcome women who are ready to give back, mentor, and make an impact.

  • Storm Sister runs in two structured seasons each year, each lasting 4 months:

    • Spring Season: March – June

    • Fall Season: September – December

Between each season, we take a short break before starting the next one.

  • Each season includes:

    • Monthly themed topics (confidence, identity, life skills, etc.)

    • 1:1 mentor + mentee connection

    • Group meetups + community experiences

    • Access to resources, tools, and ongoing support

This isn’t random check-ins—it’s a guided, intentional experience.

  • We are based in Charlotte, North Carolina, with plans to expand into other communities in the future.

  • We’re not just another mentorship program.

    Storm Sister is:

    • A safe space

    • A real community

    • Built on honesty, growth, and genuine connection

We focus on the whole person—not just school or careers, but confidence, identity, and real-life experiences.
